《Ultimate Song Chart Awards Presentation 2025》Press Conference at Ngong Ping 360 Online Pre-registration

1.

All confirmed pre-registrations will not be changed or cancelled.

2.

Changing pre-registered guest names will not be entertained.

3.

Should the pre-registered guests failed to arrive Ngong Ping 360 Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal between 10:00am to 10:30am on 20 October 2025, the pre-registration will be forfeited. Any other person authorized by the pre-registered guest will NOT be entertained. The authorized person could not receive any press conference wristband (viewing zone) in any circumstances.

Pre-registered guests must present pre-registration QR code on Klook app and their Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport, which contains the guests’ full name and photo for Ngong Ping 360 staff verification on the pre-registration use. Should the guest is unable to provide the mentioned identity document(s), the pre-registration will be deemed as forfeited.

Ngong Ping 360 staff will provide a press conference wristband (viewing zone) to the pre-registered guest for entering press conference venue (viewing zone).

Any loss, damage or any other reasons for not able to present the wristband (viewing zone) will not be replaced and Ngong Ping 360 will not be responsible for any loss and damage of the wristband (viewing zone).

7.

Upon successful pre-registration, the guest confirms that all the information provided is completely accurate, and you acknowledge that all details will be non-changeable after the registration is completed. The press conference wristband (viewing zone) is not able to be collected due to discrepancy in the information or collection method provided, Klook will not offer any compensation and reserves the right to cancel the registration.

Please check the e-mail address carefully when completing the pre-registration. No changes are allowed after the pre-registration is confirmed. Klook is not responsible for any problems or loss caused by incomplete or incorrect e-mail address.

9.

There will be no seating while zoning will be set in the venue, for guest convenience and site management. All spaces in the venue and allocation to particular zone are in first-come-first-served basis. Please follow the arrangement from on-site staff.

10.

For safety and comfort of all guests, dangerous item or bulky item is not allowed to bring into the venue. Such as glass bottle, trolley or cart, chairs, ladder, or any item that on-site staff believed it would disturb or affect other guests.

11.

Entrance to the venue will be closed in about an hour before the event start. No guest will be allowed to enter the venue since then.

12.

Guests who have not pre-registered should arrive Ngong Ping 360 Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal between 10:30am to 11:30am on 20 October 2025 to redeem the wristband (viewing zone (waiting)/cheering zone) in person under the real-name system, and shall enter the viewing zone (waiting) or cheering zone upon presenting the wristband (viewing zone (waiting) / cheering zone) between 11:30am to 12:30pm. Quota applies per situation on the event day. Ngong Ping 360 does not guarantee all non-pre-registered guests can enter the event venue.
