The package must be purchased at least one day in advance via Ngong Ping 360 official website. (Except for 1 to 7 October 2025 and scheduled servicing days. Water Parade Cable Car Individual Package (Adult) : on Ngong Ping 360 official website, the package sale is from 26 September to 7 October 2025. And the usage period is from 1 to 7 October 2025. The package purchased on Ngong Ping 360 official website can be use on the same day. (Except for scheduled servicing days. Please visit Ngong Ping 360 website for details)

Water Parade Cable Car Individual Package (Adult) : onsite purchase in Tung Chung and Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal Ticketing Office, the package sale and usage period is from 28 September to 2 November 2025. The package purchased onsite in Tung Chung and Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal Ticketing Office must be use on the same day .(Except for scheduled servicing days. Please visit Ngong Ping 360 website for details)

All rates are quoted in Hong Kong dollars.

5.

All prices on Ngong Ping 360 official website shall be conclusive.

6.

Infants aged between 0-2 years inclusive are free of charge.

According to “Tung Chung Cable Car Bylaw”, children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above to board. Proof of age may be requested by Ngong Ping 360 staff.

Water Parade by AllRightsReserved Themed Cable Car will operate round trips between Tung Chung and Ngong Ping, with limited availability and appearing randomly.

9.

All round trips on the Water Parade by AllRightsReserved Themed Cable Car do not offer reservations for specific seats and do not allow for the selection of a design. Guests must follow on-site staff instructions for boarding and disembarking.

If guests purchase the Water Parade by AllRightsReserved Themed Cable Car Package online, guests must redeem the Water Parade by AllRightsReserved Themed Cable Car Package ticket in person at the ticketing counter in Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal. Guests can also purchase the Water Parade by AllRightsReserved Themed Cable Car Package directly in the ticketing counter in Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal and redeem the Water Parade by AllRightsReserved Themed Cable Car Package ticket on-site. The quantity of Water Parade by AllRightsReserved Themed Cable Car Package is limited, while stocks last.

Guests must hold a valid on-day Water Parade by AllRightsReserved Themed Cable Car Package to access the exclusive lane for priority boarding on the themed cable car.

12.

Guests who purchase Water Parade by AllRightsReserved Themed Cable Car Package can have priority boarding for the themed cable car departing from (Tung Chung to Ngong Ping) or return journey (Ngong Ping to Tung Chung) but must queue and wait in the exclusive lane.

13.

Water Parade by AllRightsReserved Themed Cable Car Package can only be used on the travel day.

14.

Due to maintenance requirements, all themed cable cars may not operate simultaneously.

15.

Guests must purchase or hold a valid Ngong Ping Cable Car ticket to ride the cable car. For the Crystal cabin, guests must purchase or hold a valid Crystal cabin ticket. Holders of a valid 360 Annual Pass must upgrade to a Crystal cabin ticket at Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal ticket counter.

16.

Guests may have to share the same cable car with other guests, following the instructions of on-site staff.

17.

Each ticket can only be used once. All tickets will be void if altered or damaged. No replacement will be issued in the event of loss.

18.

All tickets cannot be resold or exchanged for cash. All purchased tickets and vouchers are non-transferrable, non-changeable and non-refundable.

19.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotion offers.

20.

The opening hours of Ngong Ping 360 is subject to change due to inclement weather or other special circumstances. Please visit Ngong Ping 360 website for updated information before departure.

21.

Ngong Ping 360 Limited reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

22.

In case of any disputes, the decision of Ngong Ping 360 Limited shall be final.
