Event Venue Arrangement - Terms and Conditions

Event Admission Wristband

 

1. If guests wish to participate in the event and enter the designated areas, please note the arrangements and details for online pre-registration and event admission wristband redemption at Ngong Ping 360. Leaving, posting, hanging, or otherwise occupying space within Ngong Ping 360 will not increase your opportunity to reserve a specific area.
2. Ngong Ping 360 does not distribute event admission wristband at any other locations except designated distribution points. Even if you have completed online pre-registration, you must redeem the event admission wristband before you can enter the venue.
3. All participants must follow the instructions of Ngong Ping 360 staff or on-site event staff when entering the venue or designated areas. No objection will be accepted.
4. Participants are responsible for protecting their event admission wristband from damage. Any event admission wristbands that are damaged, mutilated, incomplete, torn, or show signs of reuse will be deemed invalid and admission rights will be revoked immediately (even if the event admission wristband is still in hand).
5. The resale of event admission wristband is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, the event admission wristband will be immediately cancelled and declared invalid.
6. Lost event admission wristband will not be reissued. Any person without a valid event admission wristband, other than staff or authorized personnel, will be denied entry to the designated event areas.
7. Ngong Ping 360 staff or on-site event staff may request persons who have entered designated activity areas to present their event admission wristband. Persons within such areas must cooperate. Any person who refuses or fails to present their event admission wristband will be removed from the designated activity areas.
8. Ngong Ping 360 personnel or on-site event staff reserve the right to cancel and confiscate any improperly used event admission wristband. The decision is final.

 

Rules of Event Venue

 

To ensure that all participants can enjoy the event and that the event proceeds safely and orderly, all persons entering the designated area of ​​the event are kindly requested to abide by the following rules:

 

1. Only persons wearing valid event admission wristband are allowed to enter the designated event area. One event admission wristband can only be used by one person.
2. All participants must present a valid event admission wristband to enter the venue and must wear it on at all times throughout the event. Participants who are not wearing an event wristband, or whose wristband is damaged/alterated/incomplete, will not be permitted to enter the event venue and viewing areas. Participants must follow the instructions of Ngong Ping 360 staff or on-site event personnel when entering the venue or designated areas. No objection will be accepted.
3. One event admission wristband is valid for one person only - more than one person may not enter the designated area with one event admission wristband, and one person may not enter with multiple event admission wristbands to occupy a seat.
4. There are no seats at the venue. All viewing positions are standing areas and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each participant may only occupy the space needed for their own standing, and may not use any items to occupy, reserve, or hold a position. Participants must comply with the arrangements of on-site staff. Even if registration is successful and a wristband is collected, guests must still follow the instructions of on-site staff. For safety reasons, the organiser has the right to implement crowd control measures.
5. Bringing or placing any dangerous items or large items into the waiting area or event venue is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to trolleys or cargo carts, chairs, ladders, or any items that on-site staff consider would disturb or affect other participants.
6. Any items that may pose a danger or obstruct others (including but not limited to glass bottles, ladders, footrests, selfie sticks, chairs or tripods extending more than half a meter, etc.) will not be allowed into the venue. In addition, anyone who refuses to cooperate will also be denied entry.
7. Participants must take care of their personal belongings themselves. The organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage of items while participating in the event.
8. To ensure the enjoyment of the event for all participants, the designated areas and capacity have been arranged. No one is allowed to occupy any space within the designated areas or aisles with any items (including but not limited to backpacks, portable folding chairs, or other miscellaneous items). No one is allowed to obstruct other eligible participants with valid event admission wristband from entering the designated areas with the approval of Ngong Ping 360 staff or on-site event staff. All participants are required to follow the instructions of on-site event staff. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of their event admission wristband and the removal of unauthorized participants from the designated areas.
9. According to relevant Hong Kong laws, the operation of aerial photography or drones without permission is strictly prohibited in Tung Chung or Ngong Ping.
10. Lost event admission wristband will not be reissued. Any person without a valid event admission wristband, other than staff or authorized personnel, will be denied entry to the designated event areas.
11. If a participant needs to temporarily leave the designated event area, they must follow the instructions of on-site staff (including but not limited to access routes and re-entry credentials). Any participant who fails to comply with the instructions of on-site staff or the notices displayed by Ngong Ping 360 will be denied entry and their event admission wristband will be immediately revoked. Please note that prior to the official start of the event, access to the designated event area may be closed at the organizer's request. In such cases, participants will not be able to return to the designated area even if they hold a valid event admission wristband.
12. Specific areas of the event (including but not limited to designated viewing areas and cheering areas) do not guarantee specific viewing angles; the division of areas is intended to facilitate the safe and orderly conduct of the event and enable participants to enjoy the event.
13. For your safety, do not stand on folding chairs or other objects, or engage in any climbing activities.
14. All participants must comply with the instructions of on-site staff. Ngong Ping 360 staff or on-site event staff reserve the right to cancel and confiscate any improperly used event admission wristband. The decision is final.
15. The event will be held outdoors and may therefore be subject to weather and environmental factors. The organiser has full discretion to make any arrangements, including changes to the time/venue or cancellation of the event, based on on-site weather and environmental conditions. Once participants complete the registration process, it signifies that they understand and accept all terms and arrangements set out for the "2026 Ultimate Song Chart Awards Presentation" event.
16. Participants must follow the instructions of venue staff. If any participant engages in behaviour that disrupts or affects the event or other participants, the organiser has the right to disqualify them without refund.
17. The organiser may take photographs and/or video recordings of the event for record purposes and/or for promoting future events/services and/or for general promotional use. Participants must agree that their images may be captured in such photos and videos (hereinafter referred to as "Photos and Videos") and permit the organiser to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and/or disseminate any such Photos and Videos through any means or in any manner for any purpose, including internal records, publicity, and promotion (whether in Hong Kong or elsewhere), as well as on any platform the organiser deems appropriate, including but not limited to the organiser's website, social media platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram), and/or other publications.
18. The organiser reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to this event, including the registration method, event details, these terms and conditions, and any matters not covered herein.
