Cable Car Ticket Discount Offer for People with Disabilities

Offer sales and usage period is from 1 April 2026. (Except for scheduled servicing days. Please visit Ngong Ping 360 website for details).

All rates are quoted in Hong Kong dollars.

This offer is only applicable at Ngong Ping 360 official website, ticketing office at Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal and Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal.

Eligible guests must present valid proof of disability upon verification carried out by Ngong Ping 360 staff. Hong Kong Residents with disabilities should present a valid Registration Card for People with Disabilities issued by the Central Registry for Rehabilitation, Labour and Welfare Bureau, the Government of the HKSAR. Non-Hong Kong Residents with disabilities should present a valid proof of disability issued by relevant authorities and photo identification document.

Infants aged 0 to 2 are free of charge.

Child fare is applicable to 3 -11 years of age. According to “Tung Chung Cable Car Bylaw”, children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above to board. Proof of age may be requested by Ngong Ping 360 staff.

Child guest must present valid Hong Kong Identity Card (or copy of Hong Kong birth certificate for children aged at or under 11) upon age inspection carried out by Ngong Ping 360 officials.

Senior fare is only applicable to Hong Kong residents holding valid Hong Kong JoyYou Card or Hong Kong Senior Citizen Card as proof of age.

9.

Each cable car ticket can only be used once. All tickets and coupons are void if altered or damaged. No replacement will be issued in the event of loss.

10.

All cable car tickets cannot be resold or exchanged for cash. All purchased tickets are non-transferrable, non-changeable and non-refundable.

11.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotion offers.

12.

Ngong Ping 360 shall not be liable for any loss, damage to property, personal injury, theft, delay arising from accident, or other matters beyond its control that occur.

13.

Ngong Ping 360 Limited reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

14.

In case of any disputes, the decision of Ngong Ping 360 Limited shall be final.
