Event Venue Arrangement - Terms and Conditions

Event Admission Wristband

 

1. If guests wish to participate in the event and enter the designated areas, please note the arrangements and details for online pre-registration and event admission wristband redemption at Ngong Ping 360. Leaving, posting, hanging, or otherwise occupying space within Ngong Ping 360 will not increase your opportunity to reserve a specific area.
2. Ngong Ping 360 does not distribute event admission wristband at any other locations except designated distribution points. Even if you have completed online pre-registration, you must redeem the event admission wristband before you can enter the venue.
3. All participants must follow the instructions of Ngong Ping 360 staff or on-site event staff when entering the venue or designated areas. No objection will be accepted.
4. Participants are responsible for protecting their event admission wristband from damage. Any event admission wristbands that are damaged, mutilated, incomplete, torn, or show signs of reuse will be deemed invalid and admission rights will be revoked immediately (even if the event admission wristband is still in hand).
5. The resale of event admission wristband is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, the event admission wristband will be immediately cancelled and declared invalid.
6. Lost event admission wristband will not be reissued. Any person without a valid event admission wristband, other than staff or authorized personnel, will be denied entry to the designated event areas.
7. Ngong Ping 360 staff or on-site event staff may request persons who have entered designated activity areas to present their event admission wristband. Persons within such areas must cooperate. Any person who refuses or fails to present their event admission wristband will be removed from the designated activity areas.
8. Ngong Ping 360 personnel or on-site event staff reserve the right to cancel and confiscate any improperly used event admission wristband. The decision is final.

 

Rules of Event Venue

 

To ensure that all participants can enjoy the event and that the event proceeds safely and orderly, all persons entering the designated area of ​​the event are kindly requested to abide by the following rules:

 

1. Only persons holding valid event admission wristband are allowed to enter the designated event area. One event admission wristband can only be used by one person.
2. All participants must present a valid event admission wristband to enter the venue. Participants must follow the instructions of Ngong Ping 360 staff or on-site event personnel when entering the venue or designated areas. No objection will be accepted.
3. One event admission wristband is valid for one person only - more than one person may not enter the designated area with one event admission wristband, and one person may not enter with multiple event admission wristbands to occupy a seat.
4. Any items that may pose a danger or obstruct others (including but not limited to glass bottles, ladders, footrests, selfie sticks, chairs or tripods extending more than half a meter, etc.) will not be allowed into the venue. In addition, anyone who refuses to cooperate will also be denied entry.
5. To ensure the enjoyment of the event for all participants, the designated areas and capacity have been arranged. No one is allowed to occupy any space within the designated areas or aisles with any items (including but not limited to backpacks, portable folding chairs, or other miscellaneous items). No one is allowed to obstruct other eligible participants with valid event admission wristband from entering the designated areas with the approval of Ngong Ping 360 staff or on-site event staff. All participants are required to follow the instructions of on-site event staff. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of their event admission wristband and the removal of unauthorized participants from the designated areas.
6. According to relevant Hong Kong laws, the operation of aerial photography or drones without permission is strictly prohibited in Tung Chung or Ngong Ping.
7. Lost event admission wristband will not be reissued. Any person without a valid event admission wristband, other than staff or authorized personnel, will be denied entry to the designated event areas.
8. If a participant needs to temporarily leave the designated event area, they must follow the instructions of on-site staff (including but not limited to access routes and re-entry credentials). Any participant who fails to comply with the instructions of on-site staff or the notices displayed by Ngong Ping 360 will be denied entry and their event admission wristband will be immediately revoked. Please note that prior to the official start of the event, access to the designated event area may be closed at the organizer's request. In such cases, participants will not be able to return to the designated area even if they hold a valid event admission wristband.
9. Specific areas of the event (including but not limited to designated viewing areas and cheering areas) do not guarantee specific viewing angles; the division of areas is intended to facilitate the safe and orderly conduct of the event and enable participants to enjoy the event.
10. For your safety, do not stand on folding chairs or other objects, or engage in any climbing activities.
11. All participants must comply with the instructions of on-site staff. Ngong Ping 360 staff or on-site event staff reserve the right to cancel and confiscate any improperly used event admission wristband. The decision is final.
