360 Limited Express Boarding Pass

The usage period for the “360 Limited Express Boarding Pass” is from 3 to 7 April 2026 on selected dates.

2.

All rates are quoted in Hong Kong dollars.

3.

The “360 Limited Express Boarding Pass” purchased on-site at the ticking office in Tung Chung or Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal is only valid on the day of purchase. Each “360 Limited Express Boarding Pass” is for use by one guest holding a valid Ngong Ping Cable Car ticket.

4.

For guests who pre-order the “360 Limited Express Boarding Pass” online, please redeem the “360 Limited Express Boarding Pass” at the ticketing office in Tung Chung or Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal. The guest’s identification must be the same as the identification as in online purchase. NP360 reserves the right to verify the guest’ identification and may decline to issue the “360 Limited Express Boarding Pass if NP360 cannot verify the identity of the pass holder or in case of misuse.

The express boarding line arrangement for the “360 Limited Express Boarding Pass” does not guarantee immediate boarding of the cable car upon arrival at the boarding area. Guests must still queue in order according to the boarding fast line.

6.

Each “360 Limited Express Boarding Pass” must be used in conjunction with a valid cable car ticket.

7.

The “360 Limited Express Boarding Pass” does not include a cable car ticket.

8.

The “360 Limited Express Boarding Pass” will be collected by Ngong Ping 360 staff after use.

9.

Any alteration or damage to the “360 Limited Express Boarding Pass” will render it invalid.

10.

If a guest loses their “360 Limited Express Boarding Pass”, Ngong Ping 360 will not issue a replacement.

11.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers.

12.

All purchased “360 Limited Express Boarding Pass” and tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-cancelable, and cannot be changed.

13.

If the cable car service is suspended due to weather or other reasons, guests can exchange their tickets for another date at the Tung Chung Cable Car Station or Ngong Ping Cable Car Station ticket counters, or request a refund by emailing info@np360.com.hk.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of disputes, Ngong Ping 360 Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
