Ngong Ping 360 x BLACK & WHITE® A Nostalgic Christmas with a Taste of Hong Kong

Standing in the centre of Ngong Ping Village's Stupa Square is the 6-meter-tall “Christmas-themed Giant Windmill Installation”.  Decorated in iconic red-and-white tones, the windmill marks the starting point of “Ngong Ping 360 x BLACK & WHITE® A Nostalgic Christmas with a Taste of Hong Kong.” Beside the windmill, a dazzling 4-meter-tall Christmas tree shines alongside a classic BLACK & WHITE® milk tea mug featuring a Friesian cow, a specially-designed Ngong Ping 360 × BLACK & WHITE® milk tea mug, and a giant BLACK & WHITE® evaporated milk can reminiscent of traditional cha chaan teng beverage counters. Together, they create a fairytale-like photogenic hotspot with authentic Hong Kong culture.

More surprises await inside Ngong Ping Village, where three photo spots invite you to indulge in Hong Kong flavours! Settle into classic booth seating at “BLACK & WHITE® Taste of Hong Kong Cha Chaan Teng” and soak up the sentimental essence of cha chaan teng. Watch the dynamic “Golden Ratio HK-style Milk Tea” installation bring to life the golden ratio and secret recipe behind Hong Kong-style milk tea’s silky, rich texture. At the “BLACK & WHITE® Authentic Hong Kong Delicacies”, immerse yourself in a festive Hong Kong-style party and pose for photos with giant egg tarts and pineapple buns, and immerse yourself in this Hong Kong taste Christmas party!

During the event period, collect 3 stamps located in Ngong Ping Village and present on-day cable car ticket to redeem one can of BLACK & WHITE® Classic Milk Tea and one piece of "Taste of Hong Kong" keycap fidget keychain which blends classic Hong Kong elements such as milk tea, egg tarts, French toast and the cable car. Guests can randomly draw and freely assemble their own keycap! (Daily quota of 150pcs, on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last).

Besides that, during 24-27/12/2026, the first 20 guests each day who complete their cards will additionally take home a limited-edition Ngong Ping 360 × BLACK & WHITE® milk tea mug - highly collectible keepsake! Gifts are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

How to Participate:
Guests holding a same-day cable car ticket can collect a free stamp card at the Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal ticketing office or at the Holidays 360 Information Centre in Ngong Ping Village. Redeem the gifts upon collecting all the stamps.

As a traditional craft listed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Hong Kong, Hong Kong-style milk tea making technique fully embodies the artistry and mastery passed down by milk tea masters. “Ngong Ping 360 x BLACK & WHITE® A Nostalgic Christmas with a Taste of Hong Kong” has specially invited a milk tea master from Chrisly Cafe to conduct a Hong Kong-style milk tea making demonstration live! The master will give demonstrations of the signature technique, including blending tea leaves, boiling and infusing the tea, force-pouring the tea, brewing the tea and force-pouring the milk, as well as the secret sharing for making authentic Hong Kong-style milk tea.

In addition, 100 free cups of silky, rich BLACK & WHITE® milk tea will be distributed on the spot during each session, bringing a touch of warmth to the winter season!

Santa Claus is coming to the “Christmas-themed Giant Windmill Installation”! For just HK$50, guests can capture a highly memorable photo with Santa and receive a complimentary exquisite blind-box magnetic photo frame set. Three limited-edition festive frames will appear at random. All proceeds will benefit the non-profit organisation Make-A-Wish Hong Kong to help grant wishes to ill children!

Ngong Ping 360 is introducing special BLACK & WHITE® themed cable cars, decorated inside and out with iconic BLACK & WHITE® logos and graphics. These themed cable cars offer guests breath-taking aerial views of Lantau Island alongside a one-of-a-kind, photo-worthy ride.

*Images are for reference only. Themed Cable Car will operate round trips between Tung Chung and Ngong Ping, with limited availability and appearing randomly. All round trips on the themed cable car do not offer reservations for specific seats. Guests must follow on-site staff instructions for boarding and disembarking. Guests must purchase or hold a valid Ngong Ping Cable Car ticket to ride the cable car. If guests do not purchase a private cabin, they may have to share the same cable car with other guests, following the instructions of on-site staff. The actual cable car operation hours may differ.
