- Guests who have booked the Crystal+ departing from Ngong Ping are advised to allow sufficient time to arrive at Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal for boarding the Crystal+
- One way “Crystal+” private cabin ride is available for up to 10 passengers (same price for adult, child and senior). To book, guests please call 3666 0606 or e-mail to info@np360.com.hk at least 3 days in advance. Guests may purchase return tickets at the time of booking based on the actual number of guests.
- Infants aged 0 to 2 are free of charge.
- *Child fare is applicable to 3 -11 years of age. According to “Tung Chung Cable Car Bylaw”, children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above to board. Proof of age may be requested by Ngong Ping 360 staff.
- ^Senior fare is only applicable to Hong Kong residents holding valid Hong Kong JoyYou Card or Hong Kong Senior Citizen Card as proof of age.

1.
All fees are priced in Hong Kong dollars.
2.
All bookings made through official website are non-refundable once confirmed.
3.
Guest who purchased round trip cable ticket (one way “Crystal+” ride and one-way Standard cabin ride), please present the e-tickets at the pre-boarding area and queue up to board the cable car. Tickets are valid for redemption only on the day of redemption. No validity after expiry date.
4.
For guest booking Crystal+ departure from Ngong Ping, the guest should reserve at least 45 minutes prior to Crystal+ boarding time at Ngong Ping, for ticket redemption at the ticketing office of Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal and travel to Ngong Ping.

One way “Crystal+” private cabin is subject to the actual cable car schedule and queuing for boarding.
4.
If the cable car service is suspended due to weather or other reasons, guests may visit the ticketing office at Ngong Ping 360 Tung Chung Terminal or e-mail to info@np360.com.hk for change of visit date or refund procedure.
5.
Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Ngong Ping 360 Limited shall be final.
Ngong Ping Cable Car tickets Terms & Conditions
1.
Each ticket can only be used once. All tickets will be void if altered or damaged. No replacement will be issued in the event of loss.
2.
All tickets cannot be resold or exchanged for cash and purchased tickets are not transferable, exchangeable or refundable. They are valid only on the day of the visit.
3.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or privileges.
4.
Guests are responsible for making their own travel arrangements in accordance with the operating hours of each service. Any unavailability due to overtime will be treated as an automatic forfeit and no refund will be made.
5.
Ngong Ping 360 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, theft, delay due to accident or other factors beyond the control of Ngong Ping 360.
6.
Ngong Ping 360 Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
7.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Ngong Ping 360 Limited shall be final.
