Ngong Ping 360 20th Anniversary – Cable Car Night Ride

To celebrate the 20th anniversary, Ngong Ping 360 is collaborating with 24 renowned brands that have grown alongside Hong Kong, including MTR Corporation, 3 Hong Kong, Black & White®, Cathay, Commercial Radio Hong Kong, Discovery Bay, Eat East, Garden, Hang Seng Bank, Henderson Land Group, Hong Kong Heritage Museum, Hung Fook Pearl, Klook, Lai Yuen, Lee Kum Kee, Maxim's Group, Octopus, Star Ferry, Starbucks, TamJai Yunnan Mixian, TamJai SamGor Mixian, West Kowloon Cultural District (WestK), Chrisly Cafe, and Tai Po Chun Hing Meat Ball (in no particular order). Each brand features a uniquely designed neon light-themed cable car and in-cabin luminous effects. Guests can experience an unprecedented visual feast by immersing in the vibrant colours under daylight or the neon lights at night.

Guests who purchase night ride tickets will receive a mini UV flashlight. Let’s unlock surprise luminous patterns in different corners by turning on the flashlight inside the cabin!

On the same nights as cable car night ride, Ngong Ping 360 is hosting Commercial Radio Presents “903 Starry Breezy Live", inviting a line-up of popular Hong Kong singers to deliver exciting performances, allowing guests to experience the lively atmosphere of local music power beneath the stars.

From 24 July to 16 August 2026, guests travelling on paid round-trip Ngong Ping Cable Car with at least one trip as Crystal Cabin or Crystal+, will be entitled to join the lucky draw on the same day of travel. Each eligible ticket is entitled to one lucky draw entry.

Meanwhile, the main street of Ngong Ping Village recreates the 1980s Hong Kong street scenery, once lined with neon signs. Bathed in eye-catching neon lights, the installation takes everyone on a journey through time and space, evoking the unique charm of old Hong Kong.

At the Stupa Square in Ngong Ping Village, a themed installation combining cable car and Hong Kong neon signs is on display. It features an actual first-generation Ngong Ping cable car cabin, accompanied by dazzling LED neon signs. Visitors can take photos with the cabin and step inside to capture precious moments.

Ngong Ping Village features three Hong Kong nostalgia-themed photo spots, allowing guests to relive cherished collective memories. The "Mahjong" theme spot recreates the lively scene of traditional Hong Kong mahjong play. The "MTR Station" theme spot incorporates authentic retired train seats in classic train carriages and station sign designs, taking guests through familiar everyday journeys. The "Ngong Ping Bing Sutt" theme spot restores old Hong Kong's culinary charm with vintage booth seating and checker floor tiles. Each of the three photo spots has its own unique character, letting guests to immerse in the nostalgia and capture unforgettable photos full of Hong Kong style.

How to participate:
 Guests holding a same‑day round‑trip cable car ticket can first get a free "Ngong Ping Stamping Night Quest Postcard" at the ticketing office in Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal or Holidays 360 Information Centre in Ngong Ping Village.
