Ngong Ping 360 Ticket Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Authorized Purchase Channels are Limited to the Following:

·         All Ngong Ping 360 tickets (including but not limited to cable car tickets, 360 Holiday packages, and any tickets related to Ngong Ping 360 business) must be purchased through the following authorized channels:

·          Ngong Ping 360 official website and official digital account platforms.

·         Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal, Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal, Holidays 360 Information Centre ticket offices.

·         Ngong Ping 360 officially authorized purchase channels and platforms.

 

2. Unauthorized Resale is Prohibited:

·           Purchasing tickets from any unofficial websites, online auction platforms, unofficial social media channels, or other unauthorized channels is strictly prohibited. Ngong Ping 360 will not recognize, verify, or accept any tickets obtained through such channels.

 

3. Tickets from Unauthorized Channels Will Be Voided:

·           Using cable car tickets resold through unauthorized channels will not be permitted to board. Ngong Ping 360 reserves the following rights:

To refuse ticket holders boarding on the Ngong Ping Cable Car, use of any Ngong Ping 360 facilities, and entry into Ngong Ping 360 premises.

To confiscate invalid tickets without any compensation or refund.

To refuse any refund, exchange, or dispute resolution regarding such tickets.

 

4. No Refunds for Tickets Purchased from Unauthorized Channels:

·           Tickets purchased through unofficial or unauthorized channels are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances (including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, or expiry).

 

5. Purchase for the Purpose of Resale is Prohibited:

·           If any individual or merchant purchases tickets with the intention of reselling them through unofficial or unauthorized channels, this constitutes a violation of these terms. Ngong Ping 360 reserves the following rights:

o   To void all tickets (whether sold or not) held by the reseller or merchant.

o   To refuse entry to any person holding tickets traceable back to such reseller or merchant.

o   To refer repeat or bulk violators, including resellers or merchants, to relevant law enforcement agencies for legal follow-up.

 

6. Guest Responsibility:

·           It is the ticket holder's responsibility to ensure the ticket was purchased from an authorized channel. Individuals who choose to purchase tickets from unofficial or unauthorized channels assume all risks, including but not limited to: ticket invalidation, refusal of entry, financial loss, and inability to obtain a refund or customer support.

 

7. Modification of Terms:

·           Ngong Ping 360 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on the official website.

 

Other Terms and Conditions:

 

1. All fees are priced in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

2. Infants aged 0 to 2 are free of charge.

3. The "Child" fare applies to ages 3 to 11. According to the “Tung Chung Cable Car By-laws”, all children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above to board the cable car. Guests may be required to show proof of age upon staff request.

4. The "Senior" fare applies to Hong Kong residents holding a valid Hong Kong JoyYou Card or Hong Kong Senior Citizen Card as proof of age.

5. The price for each "Private Cabin" is calculated for a maximum of 10 guests. If there are more than 10 guests, each additional guest must purchase a corresponding round-trip cable car ticket at the regular price.

6. For online bookings of "Crystal+" Private Cabin service, 360 Holiday guided tours, or various packages, tickets must be exchanged at the designated counter at the Ngong Ping 360 ticket office. For online bookings of standard cable car tickets, please present the official e-ticket directly at the cable car terminal for staff verification and arrangement, and scan the QR code on the e-ticket at the turnstile to validate the ticket and board the cable car.

7. Each ticket is valid for one use only. All tickets will be rendered invalid if altered or damaged. Lost tickets will not be replaced.

8. The depart and return journeys of a round-trip ticket must be used on the same day.

9. The person booking the ticket must also be the user of the ticket. Please present a valid ID for verification when using the ticket.

10. All tickets are non-resalable and non-exchangeable for cash. Purchased tickets are also non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

11. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.

12. Ngong Ping 360 is not responsible for circumstances occurring during the journey, including: loss, damage, injury, theft, accidents causing delays, or other factors beyond its control.

13. Ngong Ping 360 operating hours are subject to change due to weather or other special circumstances. Guests are advised to check the Ngong Ping 360 website for the latest information before departure.

14. Ngong Ping 360 Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

15. In case of any dispute, the decision of Ngong Ping 360 Limited shall be final.
