【Ngong Ping 360 20th Anniversary．Win a Celebration trip to Hong Kong】

By participating in this activity, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (and any amendments thereto), to authorize the Organizer Ngong Ping 360 Limited (“Ngong Ping 360”) and any third party designated by Ngong Ping 360 to use their personal information provided for the purposes of matters related to this activity, and represent and warrant that they satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out herein below upon participation.

This activity is open only to Chinese Mainland or overseas residents who have previously taken the Ngong Ping Cable Car. Hong Kong residents are not eligible.

3.

Participants must be aged 18 or above and hold a Chinese Mainland or overseas passport.

4.

Each participant may submit only one entry. If multiple entries are received from the same participant, only the earliest entry by such participant shall qualify for this activity.

5.

Participants will be photographed and recorded during the activity. By registering for the activity, participants consent that, if they win, Ngong Ping 360 has the absolute right to use the winner’s name, photos, audio, and video recordings for any publication or promotional purposes without prior notice or payment of any fees (including worldwide online and offline platforms), and to edit the photos and videos as necessary without prior notice to the participant. Ngong Ping 360 will not provide any notification or payment for such use. Upon request by Ngong Ping 360, winners must agree to interviews and share photos or videos from this activity and their previous visits to Ngong Ping 360 for subsequent promotion and publication.

The enrolment commences on 17 Apr 2026 and ends on 3 May 2026 at 23:59 (HKT). All entry times are based on the timestamp automatically recorded by the designated online game form. Late submissions will not be accepted. Ngong Ping 360 reserves the right to change the start or end date and time without prior notice.

To enter, participants must complete the designated online game form within the activity period. In no more than 500 Chinese or English characters, they must describe their past travel experience at Ngong Ping 360 and explain why they would like to celebrate their big day there. The travel experience must include the Ngong Ping Cable Car and/or Ngong Ping village, and may also include nearby attractions such as the Big Buddha and Tai O. Entries written in any language other than Chinese or English will not be considered.

Ngong Ping 360 will select 15 participants whose completion of all necessary activity steps and whose responses are deemed the most unforgettable to be included on the preliminary selection list. Preliminary shortlisted entrants will be notified individually by email on 5 May 2026 (HKT), and must submit personal or group photos or short videos previously taken at Ngong Ping 360 within 3 days via email. If the photos or videos are not submitted within 3 days, the participant’s entry will no longer be considered for further selection.

Ngong Ping 360 will select the 5 participants whose completed entries and responses are the most memorable as winners.

10.

Each winner will receive a pair of Hong Kong "Celebrate Your Big Occasion" Travel Package (travel dates: June 26, 2026 – July 5, 2026) (HKT, both dates inclusive) (“Prize”), including: Cathay Pacific Economy tickets for two (Hong Kong and departure city) ; 2 nights’ double/twin room hotel accommodation in a double or twin room with breakfast ; Round-trip Ngong Ping 360 Crystal+ cable car ride (private cabin) ; One-way Ngong Ping 360 Crystal+ cable car decorated with a celebration theme

Travel Period is from 26 June 2026 to 5 July 2026 (HKT, both dates inclusive), and is subject to seat availability on the selected flights. Please note that the winners cannot choose the specific flight time upon redemption.

12.

Each air ticket includes one piece of 23kg checked baggage.

13.

The flight ticket is not applicable for any applicable taxes, cost of levy and fuel surcharges. Winners are required to settle the relevant costs.

14.

Once flight and hotel bookings are confirmed, refund, rebooking or amendment is not allowed.

15.

The themed cable car decoration will be designed and arranged by Ngong Ping 360 and cannot be changed or customized according to the participant’s requests.

16.

Travel visa, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included. Winners are required to settle the relevant costs.

17.

The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, and the validity period of the prize will not be extended or changed.

18.

The prize is subject to these Terms and Conditions and/or other applicable policies, which may be amended or supplemented by Ngong Ping 360 and/or the relevant merchants from time to time. The terms and conditions for the air tickets and hotel accommodation are provided by the respective airlines and hotels. Winners are advised to visit their websites to review the relevant terms and conditions.

19.

Any enquiries regarding the flight tickets and hotel accommodation should be directed to the relevant airline and hotel respectively.

20.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (such as flight delays) that result in additional expenses for the participant, all such costs shall be borne by the participant. Ngong Ping 360 shall not be responsible for any such potential expenses under any circumstances.

21.

The list of winners will be announced on 11 May 2026 (HKT), on the official Ngong Ping 360 website’s dedicated event page for the “Ngong Ping 360 20th Anniversary．Win a Celebration trip to Hong Kong” activity. Winners will be individually notified by email with prize collection details.

22.

Winners must follow the instructions provided by the Organiser to claim their prize. Winners are required to confirm acceptance of the prize by replying to the email by 14 May 2026 (HKT). If the Organiser does not receive the required reply within the specified deadline, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. The prize will be cancelled without further notice, and Ngong Ping 360 may select a replacement winner.

23.

The Organizer will not separately notify the non-awardees, those who forfeit their eligibility for Prize, or those who had their eligibility for Prize cancelled due to qualification/information discrepancies.

24.

By participating in this activity, participants are deemed to consent to the Organizer collecting, using, disclosing, transferring and processing participants’ travelling companion’s personal data for the purposes of matters related to this activity, including but not limited to: i. administering this activity ; ii. selecting the winners; and iii. facilitating Prize collection.

25.

Participants hereby confirm that they have read and agree to our Privacy Policy (https://www.np360.com.hk/en/general/personal-information-collection-statement) , which is applicable to this activity.

26.

Contact details and photos of unsuccessful entrants will be deleted within one month after the announcement of the results.

27.

Ngong Ping 360 reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any related terms/policies.

28.

Any photos or videos generated, edited, or modified by artificial intelligence will not be accepted. If the submitted content is found to be AI-generated, the participant’s eligibility will be cancelled. If a winner is found to have submitted AI-generated, edited, or modified photos or videos after receiving the air tickets, hotel accommodation, or Ngong Ping 360 cable car tickets, Ngong Ping 360 reserves the right to recover the relevant costs from the winner.

29.

Ngong Ping 360 is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, late submissions, lost entries, or other issues that may affect this activity.

30.

Ngong Ping 360 makes no representation or warranty as to the Prize. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ngong Ping 360 shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, charge, damage, claim, demand, proceeding, action, obligation or liability (including without limitation, any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature) suffered by the winner or any other person resulting from or in connection with the Prize.

31.

Ngong Ping 360 reserves the right to vary, substitute or cancel the Prize, amend or supplement these terms and conditions and modify, suspend, or terminate this activity at any time without notice.

32.

Employees of Ngong Ping 360 and their family members are not allowed to enter the competition.

33.

In the event of any disputes, the decision of Ngong Ping 360 shall be final.
