The Hong Kong Disneyland 20th Anniversary-themed Crystal Cable Car will operate round trips between Tung Chung and Ngong Ping, with limited availability and appearing randomly.

All round trips on the Hong Kong Disneyland 20th Anniversary-themed Crystal Cable Car do not offer reservations for specific seats and do not allow for the selection of a design. Guests must follow on-site staff instructions for boarding and disembarking.
3.
If guests purchase the Hong Kong Disneyland 20th Anniversary-themed Crystal Cable Car Package online, guests must redeem the Hong Kong Disneyland 20th Anniversary-themed Souvenir Cable Car Ticket in person at the ticketing counter in Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal. Guests can also purchase the Hong Kong Disneyland 20th Anniversary-themed Crystal Cable Car Package directly in the ticketing counter in Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal and redeem the Hong Kong Disneyland 20th Anniversary-themed Souvenir Cable Car Ticket on-site. The quantity of Hong Kong Disneyland 20th Anniversary-themed Crystal Cable Car Package is limited, while stocks last.

Hong Kong Disneyland 20th Anniversary-themed Crystal Cable Car Package can only be used on the travel day.

Due to maintenance requirements, all Hong Kong Disneyland 20th Anniversary-themed Crystal Cable Cars may not operate simultaneously.

Guests must purchase or hold a valid Ngong Ping Cable Car ticket to ride the cable car. For the Crystal cabin, guests must purchase or hold a valid Crystal cabin ticket. Holders of a valid 360 Annual Pass must upgrade to a Crystal cabin ticket at Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal ticket counter.
10.
If guests do not purchase a private cabin, they may have to share the same cable car with other guests, following the instructions of on-site staff.
