Understanding the Company’s Development Services Operations Department Communication Meeting
The Services Operations Department organised its second Staff Communication Meeting on 8 and 9 November to update frontline colleagues on recent developments at the company.
Apart from reviewing the performance of various team members in the last few months and anticipating future developments, the meeting introduced the latest company news, such as updates to facilities, system reliability, compliments and negative feedback received.
The Safety and Quality Department took this opportunity to provide information on safety precautions to enhance our colleagues’ safety awareness. Dr Stella Kwan, Managing Director of NP360, and various department heads also attended the meeting.
Steven Lam, Head of Services Operations, believed that “Frontline colleagues work for Ngong Ping 360 every day, but they may not know very much about the company’s cable car system and operation performances. Through the communication meeting, we increase their understanding and sense of belonging to the company. We also appreciate their contributions to the company through this opportunity and look forward to their continuous performance in future.”
