  3. Free local shipping is offered for the purchase of any 360 Merchandise except cable car tickets, packages, guided tours and 360 Annual Pass.
  4. All photos and images of the products displayed on the webstore are for illustration purposes in order to help guests to recognise the products only. The actual size, dimension and colour of the products may differ.
  5. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled after order confirmation.
  6. The 3rd party courier company- SF Express is appointed for the shipment service.
  7. Upon the order confirmation, the order will be readied and shipped in 3-5 business days, subject to stock availability and the volume of orders. 
  8. Once the order is shipped out, Ngong Ping 360 will send the shipping tracking number via email to the guests. Please contact SF Express to track the shipment status.
  9. Orders may only be shipped to either SF Business Stations, SF Stores or SF Lockers amid the pandemic until further notice. Please refer to SF Express website for details.
  10. If the product is found with any quality issue or defect when received, please send the email ( to the Ngong Ping 360 Guest Relations team within 7 days from the date of redemption and delivery. Please include the order confirmation number and photographic proof for us to follow up and investigate the issue with the product.
  11. If a product is damaged, defective, damaged during delivery or reasons not attributable to guests, the sole liability of Ngong Ping 360 will be either to replace the product or to arrange a refund in its sole and absolute discretion.
  12. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Ngong Ping 360 Limited shall be final.
