As Hong Kong’s oldest fishing Village, Tai O has a very special dried seafood market. You will find aromatic salted fish, shrimp paste, as well as other local specialties such as dried seafood, fruits, textiles and herbs. If you want to sample produce that reflect the authentic tastes a fishing village, which are handmade by villagers and exclusively available in Tai O, this is the place to shop for them.
