| Ngong Ping 360 is one of the Hong Kong must-see attractions located in Tung Chung and Ngong Ping on Lantau Island. The Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal is adjacent to MTR's Tung Chung Station in Tung Chung Town Centre. It is easily accessed via MTR, bus service or taxi. | No. No livestock or pets are allowed at Ngong Ping 360. |

| Yes. The floor of the platform is specially designed to level with that of the cabins. Wheelchair bound passengers can easily go onboard. To provide further convenience to them, the seating bench in the cabin can be lifted up, creating ample room for them. |

How do disabled passengers access to cable car platform after arriving at the Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal? |
|
| Disabled passengers can simply approach our staff for assistance after arriving at the terminal. We will escort the disabled passengers to the elevator at Mei Tung Street that they can access to the second floor where the ticketing area located from the ground. |

| 9. How do I board the cabin? |
| A friendly Cable Car Guest Services Operator is available at Tung Chung and Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminals to assist you on and off the cabins. The cabins slow down at terminals to allow easy embarkation and disembarkation from the cabins; the doors open and close automatically. |

| 10. Can I alight from the cabin and explore North Lantau Country Park? |
| No. Passengers can only board and alight at Tung Chung and Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminals. The Ngong Ping Cable Car experience offers stunning panoramic views of North Lantau Country Park for every passenger to enjoy in the cabin without disturbance to the natural habitat. |

| No. Passengers can only board and alight at Tung Chung and Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminals. |

| Yes, for the visitors' convenience, we have luggage storage facilities for our visitors at Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal. We provide 20 lockers for rent. The size of each locker is 84cm (H), 40cm (W), 87cm (D) The rates are HK$20 for every three hours or HK$70 for one day. | Yes, please note that the car park at Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal is reserved for tour buses picking-up and dropping-off only. Visitors who would like to drive to Tung Chung could park their cars at the Citygate Outlet Carpark. |

| Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal provides two disabled parking spaces for picking up and dropping off disabled passengers. Please note that the disabled parking spaces are reserved for disabled passengers who have made the booking for cable car, available parking spaces will be provided on first come first serve basis accordingly. |

| Yes, they can. Our cable car operators will assist wheelchair-bound passengers in boarding cable cars. Cable car speed may also be slowed down to facilitate them in boarding. Companions can go on board when wheelchair passengers have safely access to cable car. |

| To facilitate outdoor activities and enhance the enjoyment of the journey, we recommend passengers to wear casual dressing to travel on Crystal Cabin. Please note that we do not have any regulation to prohibit anyone from wearing shoes with heels in the Crystal Cabin. In addition, Crystal Cabin is covered with a layer of protective film with anti-slip function. |

They can board the cable car together at platform area until their friends or relatives have reached there. |

| No, once the cable car ticket is issued and used, it cannot be upgraded to "The Pass".

| In case of The Pass loss, please report to Ngong Ping 360 immediately. HK$50 per pass will be charged for replacement of any lost or damaged pass. Proof of loss is required for the replacement of a new pass. Accepted evidence is a loss report from The Hong Kong Police. The replaced pass will have the same validity as the lost or stolen one. |

Accompanies of Pass Holders can purchase ticket at the specific counter for voucher/advance ticket, and then queue up at the pre-boarding area for boarding.

| The Pass will be processed immediately and it takes 3 weeks for processing. A temporary pass will be issued to Passengers on the day of purchase. Before you get the official Pass, you can use the temporary pass together with an identification document to enjoy our service. |
