Time printed on Tickets
All tickets are marked with a specific time and we encourage all visitors to come at the time indicated on their ticket. If they arrive early or late, we will endeavor to board them as soon as possible, if space permits. But, please realize we have a commitment to visitors who arrive at the correct time to board them in timely manner as well.
Refund Policy
If the visitor cannot enjoy the full range of services they have purchased, we in the first instance offer an alternative day of travel. If that is not agreeable the visitor is referred to the point of purchase for refund application.
Visitors have purchased a Round Trip Cable Car ticket and have only used one journey of the ticket because of a suspension of service we will provide transport back to Tung Chung and either offer a replacement ticket for an alternative day, for the unused portion of their booking, or refer them to the point of purchase for a refund.
