Guest Services and Village Operations Host (Ref No: 091010)
 

Duties:
Provide one-stop guest services in the guest flow management and ticketing sales and at the attraction point reception.
Assist Village Operations Support Manager in managing operational activities and facilities of the Ngong Ping Village.
Perform clerical and administration works.

Requirement:
Post-secondary education with at least 2 years' experience in hospitality, hotel or property management services.
Service oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy in using MS PowerPoint, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Picture Manager will be an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is preferable
Shift roster duties on weekends and public holidays are required

Retail Sales Assistant (Ref No.: 091011)
 

Duties:
Handle the daily sales operations of retail shops at Tung Chung or Ngong Ping Passenger Terminals and Ngong Ping theme village, include the duties of cashier, stock control, products display and shop presentation, etc.
Generate sales of Ngong Ping 360' s merchandise and souvenirs through providing highest levels of guest service
Provide digital photography services to guests

Requirement:
F.5 standard with 1 to 2 years' relevant working experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; be passionate, friendly and guest-service oriented
Prior guest service experience in theme park or hospitality management is definitely an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is preferable.
Shift and roster duties on public holidays are required
   
Hourly rate: $40 per hour

 
Guest Services & Village Operations Host(Ref No: 091012)
 

Duties:
Provide a one-stop guest services and manage guest flow at Tung Chung Terminal and Ngong Ping Theme Village
Assist in the daily operations of cable car terminals, public transport interchange and the main entrances of Ngong Ping 360
Assist the Shift Manager in managing daily guest service and village operational activities with job rotation opportunity to serving guests for ticketing, attractions and event management, guest flow services

Requirement:
F.5 standard with 1-2 years' guest services experienc
Prior experience in hospitality or theme park management is preferred
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is essential
Valid Security Personnel Permit will be an added advantage
Shift and roster duties on public holidays is required
   
Hourly rate: $40 per hour
