Terms and Conditions:
| 1. | The Lantau Day Pass consists of a Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car ticket, New Lantao Bus One Day Pass and a Tai O Boat Pass. |
| 2. | Guests are required to redeem the tickets at designated service points and each coupon can be used only once; Photocopies and any unauthorized alteration or improper damage to these coupons may render it invalid. |
| 3. | Guests are recommended to pay attention on the services operation schedule and plan their journey on their own, any late redemption will be considered as no show and no refund will be given to the unused portion. |
| 4. | If any of the redemption vouchers are lost, no replacement will be issued. |
| 5. | All redemption coupons have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. The coupons validity is as per date stamped. |
| 6. | Ngong Ping 360 shall be exempted from any liability for loss, damage to property, injury of person, burglary, accidental delay or other occurrences beyond its control. |
| 7. | Visitors are to make their own judgement to decide whether it is suitable for them to join in the activities of the package and Ngong Ping 360 shall be exempted from any liability. |
| 8. | Guests are required to present the “Tai O boat ride” coupon at designated pier in Tai O for boarding. Should the “Tai O boat ride” service be unavailable, a HK$20 Ngong Ping 360 Retail Cash Coupon will be offered. Tai O Boat Excursion will not be available on the following days in 2013: 10 February (first day of Lunar New Year), 4 April (Ching Ming Festival), and 12 June (Tuen Ng Festival). |
| 9. | Guests are required to redeem the “One Day Bus Pass” at New Lantao Bus Ngong Ping Bus Terminal. Usage of the pass is subject to the conditions of use of the service provider. |
| 10. | Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Ngong Ping 360 Limited shall be final. |
