To collect your tickets, please bring along your booking confirmation with the credit card used to make purchase, at any one of the following ticketing offices during the opening hours:

2. Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal
3. Ngong Ping Village
Website bookings are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
